Acquire useful, contemporary idioms, slang, and expressions.
Intermediate Speaking III – Reading Comprehension, Writing Longer Paragraphs, and Listening (60 hours)
Objectives
Understand the characteristics of articles and news written in Thai.
Understand short articles and news items on various topics.
Be able to give a point of view and discuss readings in Thai.
Be able to write longer communicative paragraphs.
Intermediate Speaking II – Reading Comprehension, Writing Short Paragraphs, and Listening (60 hours)
Objectives
Understand the characteristics of written Thai.
Understand longer paragraphs on various topics.
Be able to give a point of view and discuss readings in Thai.
Be able to write short communicative paragraphs.
Practice listening through simple conversations, songs and short articles.
Intermediate Speaking I – Reading Comprehension and Writing Sentences (60 hours)
Objectives
Understand short paragraphs on various topics.
Be able to give points of view and answer comprehension questions about Thai readings.
Be able to write compound sentences correctly.
Be able to read Thai fluently at a faster speed and with correct pronunciation.
Basic Writing – Reading and Writing Thai (60 hours)
Objectives
Understand the Thai reading and writing system.
Be able to read and write Thai words and sentences correctly.
Understand the ways Thai people pronounce and write foreign languages in Thai.
Understand signs and simple sentences written in Thai.
Basic Speaking II – Getting and expressing more in Thai (60 hours)
Objectives
Understand the structure and grammar of spoken Thai.
Be able to produce sentences correctly and naturally.
Be able to get information and to express opinions and feelings.
Be able to show acceptance, refusal or denial.
Communicate in Thai fluently, naturally, and with confidence.
Basic Speaking I – Survival Thai (60 hours)
Objectives
Understand the characteristics of Thai, with an emphasis on the spoken language.
Learn to pronounce tones and vowels that do not exist in the student’s language.
Be able to use appropriate dialogues in situations met in daily life.
Be able to communicate to survive in Thai.
Q: Who is best suited for your courses?
A: The majority of our students are expatriates (business executives, ambassadors, employees and spouses)
Q: Could students choose their own teacher?
A: No. We strongly recommend that students study with different teachers to experience various types of Thai accents.
