You will be able to:
- Understand the characteristics of Thai, with an emphasis on the spoken language.
- Learn to pronounce tones, vowels and consonants that do not exist in your mother tongue.
- Engage successfully in situations typically encountered in daily life, such as going shopping, ordering food and asking for help.
- Produce simple sentences correctly.
- Understand Thai culture, manners, values and beliefs as encountered in everyday life.
Terms and Conditions:
- Students can choose only one group (this cannot be changed), but can take up to a maximum of 2 classes with other groups.
- Students study via Skype.
- If a student in the group cannot attend a lesson as per the schedule, Sumaa will not arrange a make-up lesson for the absentee.
- It is not possible to cancel classes.
- No refunds of tuition fees will be made after the course has begun.
- Sumaa reserves the right to assign instructors of our own choosing.
- If there are fewer than 2 students, the class is still considered a group class and therefore its date and time cannot be changed.
