Terms & Conditions for Private Group Class
- Any cancellation of Thai lessons at Sumaa must be made at least 24 HOURS BEFORE the lesson starts. Unfortunately failure to do so will result in our counting you as having been present for the missed lesson. Our contact number is 022860129 and sumaa48@gmail.com.
- If any students in the group cannot attend a lesson on the schedule, Sumaa Language and Culture Institute will not arrange any make-up lesson for the absentee (s).
- If your group fails to complete the agreed course, your remaining credit will be retained for one year from the date of your first lesson. At any time during that year, you can return to complete your course of study with prior booking.
- We will have to arrange different teachers as it is our policy to rotate our teachers for students’ benefit. Learning with different will help you to understand how different Thais speak.
- We will schedule classes according to your requested time. We might not be able to assign your preferred instructor to fit your time.
- No tuition fee refunds will be made after the course begins.
- Sumaa reserves our right to assign instructors.
